Workspace

What it means: Your ideal customer profile: the type of company, role, and context you actually want the workflow to target.

Sender

What it means: The identity Audienti uses to initiate outreach, such as a LinkedIn account or inbox that actually sends messages.

Where you see it in the app: You configure senders during account setup before you rely on any automated outbound workflow.

Social Account

What it means: A connected account inside Audienti that gives the product access to a channel, inbox, or sender surface.

What it means: The review surface where you inspect prospects, confirm fit, and decide what should move forward.
