Core Workflows
Use The Inbox
Handle conversations, follow-ups, and inbound replies without losing routing context.
Purpose
Use the inbox to manage active conversations, inbound requests, and follow-ups without losing sender identity or prospect context.
Prerequisites
- Connected sender accounts with healthy sync status.
- Prospects or recipients with active messages, requests, or follow-ups.
- A clear owner for archived, silenced, and retry decisions.
Steps
- Confirm the sender account before replying or scheduling a follow-up.
- Use archive and silence intentionally so active work stays visible.
- Retry only after understanding whether the failure came from routing, account auth, or platform behavior.
- Review inbound request trays separately from active recipient conversations.
Verification
- Replies appear under the expected sender identity.
- Archived conversations are intentionally inactive.
- Failed actions have a clear retry or maintenance path.
Common mistakes
- Replying from the wrong sender after account switching.
- Retrying failed actions before fixing the underlying sender issue.
- Using archive as a substitute for nurture or rejection decisions.
If inbox actions are unavailable or incomplete, revisit social account setup first.
