Getting Started
Start with the operating model, choose the first motion, then move through setup, review, and automation in the right order.
What this product is
Audienti is an agent that co-works with an operator. The system keeps market work moving. The operator decides what matters, approves the right moves, corrects bad assumptions, and works the conversations that require judgment.
Start with the system map and glossary if you want the model before the setup sequence.
The first 30 minutes
- Choose the first motion you actually want to run.
- Decide whether that first motion is mainly prospect, visibility, or content work.
- Confirm the workspace owner, the operator, and the first sender path.
- Keep the initial scope narrow enough that one person can review every outcome.
The first day
- Set up the workspace and connect the first social account.
- Configure one motion with one clear premise and one clear owner.
- Run the first workflow manually before you trust automation.
- Review the operator queue and confirm the next actions make sense in plain English.
- Open the inbox and make sure replies, handoffs, and routing are understandable.
The first week
- Use real output to tighten the motion before adding more channels or more volume.
- Decide whether the next improvement belongs in prospect, visibility, or content operations.
- Turn on autopilot only after sender health, ownership, and queue behavior are already stable.
- Review dashboard, DNC, sender health, and account settings at least once.
Recommended path
Agent contract
- Use: orient a user or agent to the first Audienti setup path and choose the next guide to read.
- Inputs: user goal, current setup stage, first motion idea, operator owner, sender path, and whether automation is already trusted.
- Surfaces: Docs, System Map, Workspace Setup, First Motion, Operator, Inbox, Dashboard, and Account Maintenance.
- Verify: confirm the user has one narrow first motion, one owner, one sender path, and a manual review loop before suggesting scale.
- Never: recommend broad multi-channel setup or autopilot before the first workflow has been reviewed manually.
