By the end of setup, you should have one active account, one connected sending surface, one configured agent, and one clear path for reviewing prospects and replies.

Recommended sequence

  1. Confirm the workspace you will send from and who owns that workflow.
  2. Connect the inboxes and sender accounts Audienti will use.
  3. Create your first agent and give it one offer and one ICP to start.
  4. Review the prospect queue before sending at volume.
  5. Use the inbox to monitor replies, follow-ups, and routing outcomes.

A practical first 30 minutes

Example: solo operator starting with LinkedIn + Gmail

  1. Log into the account that will own outreach.
  2. Connect one LinkedIn sender and one Gmail inbox.
  3. Create one offer around a single outcome, for example “book more qualified demos for B2B SaaS founders.”
  4. Create one ICP, for example “founders at US B2B SaaS companies with 10-50 employees.”
  5. Create one agent using that offer and ICP.
  6. Run the agent, review the queue, and only then start sending.
