What success looks like

By the end of your first week, you should have one active workspace, one connected sending path, one focused agent, a reviewable prospect queue, and a repeatable habit for replies.

If those terms are unfamiliar, start with the glossary before you work through setup.

First 30 minutes

  1. Confirm the workspace owner and the account you will operate from.
  2. Write the first offer and ICP in plain language.
  3. Connect one sender and one inbox that will own replies.
  4. Create one agent using that offer, ICP, and sender path.

First day

  1. Run the first agent manually.
  2. Review prospects before approving any higher-volume workflow.
  3. Check queue recommendations and confirm each suggested next action has enough context.
  4. Use the inbox to verify replies, inbound requests, and sender routing.

First week

  1. Review dashboard and pipeline movement at least once.
  2. Clean up rejected and nurture prospects so active work stays readable.
  3. Tune the offer, ICP, or agent inputs only after reviewing real output.
  4. Confirm account maintenance items such as sender health, DNC, integrations, and exports.
