Connect Social Accounts
Connect the inboxes and sender accounts Audienti needs for outbound and reply workflows.
What to connect first
Start with the channels you are actively sending from. Do not connect every possible network on day one just because the form allows it.
The glossary definitions for sender, social account, and inbox explain how these pieces fit together.
Setup guidance
- Use the real sender identity and verify the associated inbox before relying on automation.
- When an email provider requires MFA, create an app password instead of using the main account password.
- For message channels, verify any required OTP, authenticator, or messaging PIN details up front.
- After connecting, confirm the account appears in the social accounts list with the expected status.
Example sender setup
Example: LinkedIn outbound with Gmail follow-up
- Add the LinkedIn account that will send connection requests and direct messages.
- Add the Gmail inbox that should receive and send email replies.
- Use an app password for Gmail if MFA is enabled.
- Verify the LinkedIn account status is healthy before starting any automated actions.
After connection
Once sender accounts are connected, move to the inbox guide so replies and sync behavior are easy to validate before you scale volume.
