Weekly maintenance rhythm

  1. Check sender status, paused accounts, OTP needs, and recent sync health.
  2. Review integration health and last sync state before relying on external data.
  3. Confirm DNC and suppression rules before increasing volume.
  4. Export or audit data before large cleanup or account transfer work.
  5. Review custom signals and account agents when targeting or routing changes.

Verification

  • Every active sender has a clear owner and healthy status.
  • Integrations show expected connection and sync state.
  • Exports and DNC entries reflect the current account, not another workspace.
