No. Audienti is a cookieless solution. Unlike many user-based tracking solutions, Audienti doesn't use or rely on cookies to identify people and companies.

A keyword is a phrase that our search crawler looks for on your behalf. For example, if you are looking for your brand name, "Apple Beta Delta Solutions" and you add this into our system, this is 1 keyword. Keywords are essentially a phrase our crawler looks for in our data set.

If you use the same keyword in two different projects, they are charged as separate keywords.

However, if your keyword produces less than 150 profiles, please reach out and let us know. We are happy to remove the keyword and give you credit for the keyword because it didn't produce data.

Also, please be aware that keywords are counted as %{strong} keywords over the month. So, for example, if you have a 3 keyword plan, you cannot add 3 keywords, download the people, then remove those 3 and add 3 different keywords. This is a violation of your plan rules.

For free plans, we support email support. For paid plans, we support in-app chat-based help. We also maintain a Slack community (#growmance) that you can access anytime to chat in a private channel with other Audienti users and the support team.

Enterprise plans include live phone support and screen shares.

Audienti has it's own crawler like Google (we call it Bobobot). Our crawler crawls millions of pages every day and retrieves mentions of keywords you put into the system.
Then, we take the "profile", which is the account that we believe is responsible for the posting and take it through a process of enrichment and clustering. Enrichment is the process of gathering additional information about the profile. Clustering is where we use AI techniques to merge profiles together into a group based on that we believe they are the same person/company.

Because our AI technologies are language dependent, we only support English, Spanish, and German presently.

Not really, no. Audienti does attempt to geolocate the profiles. However, at this point, there's less than 10% of profiles detected that have longitude nad latitude coordinates. As we improve geotargeting this might change. If your need requires this capability, please consider other solutions.

No, Audienti's crawler (Bobobot) is a "public" crawler. As such, if a page is behind a login Audienti cannot retrieve its data. In addition, Bobobot respects commerical standards for crawlers, respecting the global robots.txt directive that will mark pages as non-indexable. If pages are marked as non-index, Audienti will not index them.

No, not currently. However, Audienti's core platform is built to support IOS and Android applications. The Audienti team intends to release an application soon. Our application is laid out to be mobile-first and should work fine on modern mobile devices. If you encounter problems, please let us know via support and we will correct quickly.

Yes, if you create an account and start using the platform, but aren't happy, please reach out to support. We will make it right, or give you a full refund.
